Return Window:
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return:
✅ The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
✅ You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

📦 If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
⚠️ Please note: Returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at khushchhabhaiya057@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Exchanges

Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
